We participate with most dental insurance plans but do encourage you to call your dental insurance carrier to understand your indivual policy. Our Staff has more than 50 years experience working with dental benefits and would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Your co-payment is due at the time of your visit and we have payment plans and work with outside financing should you need assistance. In addition, we offer our own Dental Membership Plan for those patients who do not have their own dental insurance. Call to find out details!
We have convenient morning, afternoon, and evening hours to accomodate our Patients' busy schedules. We also see patients one Saturday a month by appointment only. Please contact our Staff at 859-823-0111 or click here to send a confidential email to make an appointment.
Our Office uses both an Email & Texting confirmation system to ensure you receive a friendly reminder of your scheduled dental appointment. However, should you need to change your appointment we require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows our Staff to move a patient who is waiting for an appointment into your spot if you are unable to keep yours. Payment for services is due at the time dental services are performed unless otherwise prearranged with our Financial Coordinator. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as cash/certified checks.
We also work with CareCredit which offers convenient extended payment options for patients. We want to ensure finances don't stand in the way of a healthy smile for our Patients.
